A quick and satisfying dish featuring kielbasa sausage and vibrant veggies coated in a sweet and tangy honey garlic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  4. Incorporate the sliced bell peppers, onion, and broccoli into the skillet, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring gently to coat, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Notes
