A delightful dish combining sweet honey and bold Dijon mustard, perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until blended.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Pairs well with a light salad or fluffy rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
