A cozy and indulgent hot cocoa infused with caramel and topped with fluffy mini marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk over medium heat until it begins to warm up, but do not let it boil.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt to the milk and whisk vigorously until combined.
  3. Stir in the caramel sauce and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Continue to heat the mixture until steaming but not boiling.
  5. Carefully pour the cocoa into mugs and top with mini marshmallows and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute with almond milk or oat milk. Adjust sweetness by modifying sugar content.
