  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 6 slices Bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Hot Honey (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts and chopped bacon on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Drizzle with hot honey, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the honey.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional hot honey if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute bacon with tofu and use vegan honey alternatives.
