A creamy and cheesy dip that’s perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in, featuring spinach and artichokes for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup chopped artichokes (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add crushed red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
