Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Pepperoni or other toppings (optional)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Spices (Italian seasoning, garlic powder, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into small squares, about 4 inches by 4 inches.
  4. Take a tablespoon of cheese and desired toppings, and place them in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to create a triangle or rectangle and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil or spray them with cooking spray.
  7. Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook the rolls for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with fillings such as different cheeses, vegetables, or meats. These rolls can be frozen before cooking and baked later.
