Ingredients

  • New potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme)
  • Spices (such as paprika or garlic powder)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Boil the new potatoes in salted water until they’re tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  4. Smash the potatoes on a baking sheet with the bottom of a glass or a fork.
