  • 1 cup fizzy lemon soda
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the self-rising flour in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour in the fizzy lemon soda.
  4. Mix in the heavy cream until a dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into generous spoonfuls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
