A rich and creamy fudge with white chocolate, pistachios, and a splash of Irish cream liqueur, perfect for sharing and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Irish cream liqueur, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped pistachios.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer taste, consider using dark chocolate instead of white chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
