A healthier take on cookie dough that combines creamy Greek yogurt, nut butter, and chocolate chips for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix it Up! In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in Oats and Salt. Gradually stir in the rolled oats and salt.
  3. Fold in the Chocolate Chips. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Chill it Out. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop and Enjoy! Scoop the dough into bite-sized portions and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to use full-fat Greek yogurt for best results. You can customize with different add-ins for added flavor.
