A comforting casserole that combines chicken and broccoli in a creamy, cheesy sauce, perfect for a low-carb diet.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Sprinkle paprika over the top before serving, if desired.

Notes

Make it ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. For a different flavor, try using rotisserie chicken.
