Ingredients
Scale
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is creamy.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a generous spoonful of the spinach mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Starting from the wide end, roll up the dough towards the point, pinching the seams to secure the filling.
Place the stuffed crescents on a lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These crescents are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
