A vibrant and colorful Italian Pasta Salad that celebrates summer with fresh ingredients and easy preparation.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, creamy mozzarella balls, sliced black olives, diced bell peppers, and diced red onion in a large bowl.
  3. Pour in the Italian dressing and mix everything until it’s well combined.
  4. Season your salad with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish your Italian Pasta Salad with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If it starts to dry out, add a bit more dressing.
