Succulent chicken breasts bathed in a rich raspberry glaze with a kick of jalapeño heat.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup raspberry preserves
  • 2 jalapeños, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the raspberry preserves, minced jalapeños, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in a baking dish with the raspberry-jalapeño mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.

Notes
