A quick and delightful stir-fry featuring tender zucchini and sweet caramelized onions, drizzled with savory soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced zucchini and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper, stirring well to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
