Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs roughly the size of golf balls.
  5. Spray the meatballs with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve with rice, pita, or yogurt sauce.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for better flavor. Don’t overmix the meat; just combine until mixed. Adjust spices to your taste.
