A simple and versatile crustless quiche made with eggs, sausage, and bell peppers, perfect for brunch or a light meal.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup red bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray, for greasing the pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your pie dish generously with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined and frothy.
  3. Stir in the crumbled sausage and diced red peppers into the egg mixture.
  4. Add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese into the bowl.
  5. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before slicing.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
