A tender and juicy steak served with a rich garlic cream sauce that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Sear the steaks in a hot skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Dijon mustard, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Slice the rested steaks and drizzle with the garlic cream sauce, then garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Pair with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
