Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl, combining ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper until fully incorporated.
  2. Shape the kebabs by dividing the mixture into equal portions, molding each onto skewers into long, oval cylinders.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for optimal charring.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of side dishes or sauces.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the meat mixture rest for about 30 minutes before grilling. If grilling outdoors, keep an eye on the skewers to prevent flare-ups.
