A comforting Keto dish featuring sautéed broccoli and cauliflower, creamy cheese, and savory sausage, perfect for chilly evenings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or breakfast sausage)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the broccoli and cauliflower to the skillet and sauté until just tender.
  4. Combine heavy cream, shredded cheese, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add the cooked sausage and vegetables to the creamy mixture.
  6. Pour everything into a greased baking dish and top with more cheese, if desired.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
