A delightful Keto-friendly dish featuring succulent chicken coated in a golden crust of parmesan and aromatic spices.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with olive oil on both sides and dip into the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the coated chicken breasts on it.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
