A refreshing and creamy Key Lime Pie with a buttery graham cracker crust that brings a taste of summer to any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Create the crust mixture by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Mold the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
  5. Whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  6. Fill the baked crust with key lime filling, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving with whipped cream.

Notes

Fresh key limes are fantastic, but regular limes work too. The pie freezes well for up to 2 months.
