Decadent Key Lime Truffles with a creamy filling and a crunchy graham cracker base, covered in white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, stirring frequently.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and place them back onto the tray.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before the chocolate sets.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, then serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
