A comforting stir-fry featuring vibrant Brussels sprouts and savory kielbasa, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add sliced onion and garlic, and sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Add Brussels sprouts and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
