A vibrant and flavorful dish combining marinated beef, spicy gochujang, and creamy sauce over ramen noodles.

Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced beef
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic
  • Sesame oil
  • Ramen noodles
  • Ginger
  • Scallions
  • Kimchi
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chili paste
  • Lime juice
  • Sugar
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil, then sear until charred.
  2. Simmer ramen noodles in a broth with ginger, garlic, scallions, and kimchi.
  3. Whisk together mayo, chili paste, lime juice, and sugar to create a creamy sauce.
  4. Drain noodles and toss them in the creamy sauce.
  5. Serve the noodles topped with grilled beef, garnished with cilantro and sesame seeds.

Notes
