Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven and Prepare Your Baking Sheet: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown the Butter: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until golden brown, then let cool slightly.
  3. Mix the Sugar and Butter: Combine browned butter with granulated sugar and whisk until well mixed.
  4. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; fold into the wet mixture.
  6. Add Blueberries and Citrus: Gently fold in blueberries, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  7. Scoop the Dough: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake to Golden Perfection: Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.

Notes
