  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preparing the Fish: Pat dry the fish fillets with a paper towel and cut into 1-2 inch pieces.
  2. Seasoning the Flour: In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Coating the Fish: Dredge fish pieces in the seasoned flour, tapping off excess.
  4. Melting the Butter: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat until bubbling.
  5. Frying the Fish Bites: Fry fish for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Drizzling with Lemon: Place cooked fish on a paper towel-lined plate and drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Making the Aioli: Mix mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl; season to taste.
  8. Garnishing the Dish: Arrange fish bites on a platter and garnish with lemon zest and parsley.

Notes

For extra crispiness, double-dredge the fish. You can substitute all-purpose flour with gluten-free alternatives.
