A refreshing and light Lemon Garlic Salmon recipe that’s quick and easy to make, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin-side down.
  4. Pour the lemon garlic mixture generously over the top of the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in your preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
