  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions in a separate pot, then drain.
