A refreshing layered dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and bright lemon pudding that brings joy to any gathering.

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup lemon pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  2. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the heavy whipping cream until well combined. Spread this creamy mixture over the cooled crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until it thickens. Spread the lemon pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer, creating a delicious contrast of flavors and textures.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set. Garnish with fresh lemon zest before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and do not skip the chilling time.
