1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream

1 package ladyfinger cookies

Instructions
Mix the Coffee and Lemon Juice: In a bowl, mix the cooled coffee and lemon juice until well combined.
Beat the Mascarpone Mixture: In another bowl, beat together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the Ladyfingers: Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the coffee mixture.
Layer the First Set: In a serving dish, layer the dipped ladyfingers side by side.
Spread the Mascarpone Mixture: Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Repeat the Layers: Repeat the layering with another set of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Chill and Set: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
