  • 1 pound turkey breast, sliced
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 head of romaine or butter lettuce (sturdy leaves are best)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnishes: diced onions, cucumbers, or jalapeños

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Once it’s hot, add the sliced turkey breast, seasoning it generously with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the turkey is cooked through and golden brown.
  2. While the turkey is cooking, gently rinse the lettuce under cold water and pat it dry. Carefully peel away 8-10 sturdy leaves—these will be your wraps. Set them aside on a large platter.
  3. Once the turkey is ready, spread a little mayonnaise or Greek yogurt on each lettuce leaf. Layer a few slices of turkey, followed by avocado, diced tomato, and a sprinkle of cheese if desired. Roll them up, and enjoy!

Choose sturdy lettuce leaves for the best wraps. Customize fillings to your taste.
