Indulgent brownie cheesecake cups combining fudgy brownies with creamy cheesecake, topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients required for brownie mix, usually eggs, oil, and water)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • Cookie crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and fill each liner about halfway with the batter.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar, vanilla extract, and an egg until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter in each liner.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool in the muffin tin before removing.
  8. Add whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and sprinkle cookie crumbs before serving.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for better blending. Don’t overbake the cups; they will firm up while cooling.
