A hearty and cheesy cornbread casserole filled with flavors, perfect for cozy nights and family gatherings.

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup milk (Regular or almond milk can be used)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers or onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the milk, eggs, and creamed corn until smoothly blended.
  3. Mix in the cornbread mix until just combined.
  4. Add shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and optional ingredients.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
