Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails or 1 pound cooked lobster meat
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Lettuce leaves (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Lobster: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Boil the lobsters for 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red and are fully cooked. Cool them down and remove the meat.
  2. Mix the Filling: Combine freshly cooked (or pre-cooked) lobster meat with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped celery. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the Buns: Heat a skillet over medium heat, brush the hot dog buns with melted butter, and toast until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Assemble the Rolls: Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture and place on a bed of fresh lettuce. Serve and enjoy!
