Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Brown diced chicken in the skillet until cooked through and golden.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and fresh spinach, cooking until the spinach is wilted.
  5. Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese in a bowl.
  6. Combine the chicken mixture with the cheese mixture.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
