Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and chopped nuts on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Allow to thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
