  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) so it’s ready for those delicious twists when they’re formed.
  2. Mix the mango puree, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken strips to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into strips.
  5. Wrap each chicken strip in a piece of puff pastry, twisting it as you wrap.
  6. Place the twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
