  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • For the Frosting:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the mango puree, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk until just combined.
  6. Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow cooling before frosting.
  9. Beat together the frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  10. Frost cooled cupcakes before serving.
