  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, browned
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Pour in the browned butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into tartlet pans to form shells.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Pour the filling into the tartlet shells.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the filling is set.
  7. Let the tartlets cool before serving.
