A delicious pork tenderloin coated in a sweet and tangy maple mustard glaze, perfect for family gatherings or special occasions.

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the maple mustard mixture over it, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the tenderloin rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired and serve.
