Delightful no-bake treats that capture the essence of a classic margarita with a sweet and zesty flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • Lime zest for garnish
  • Additional powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and coconut flakes in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  2. Add the lime juice, tequila, and orange liqueur. Mix well until combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll the balls in additional powdered sugar and lime zest for coating.
  6. Chill again before serving.

Notes

These can be prepped a day in advance; just keep them refrigerated until it’s time to serve! For a kid-friendly version, omit the tequila and orange liqueur.
