  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 cloves garlic, for the mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup milk (more if needed)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Chop parsley, mince garlic, and prep potatoes if using fresh.
  2. Mix the Meatball Ingredients: Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Form the Meatballs: Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
