Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 sheet phyllo dough
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the chopped spinach, crumbled feta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare one sheet of phyllo dough on a flat surface and brush it lightly with olive oil.
  4. Fill one end of the phyllo dough with a tablespoon of the spinach and feta mixture.
  5. Shape the phyllo by folding and rolling it to secure the filling.
  6. Arrange filled crisps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
