A comforting chicken dish enveloped in a creamy broth and Parmesan cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes.
  4. Mix the heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese until well combined. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
