  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients by measuring them out and ensuring they’re fresh.
  2. Combine the corn, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a large bowl.
  3. Add the crumbled Cotija cheese, chopped cilantro, chili powder, and lime juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
