A creamy and cheesy chicken bake that is perfect for family gatherings and busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter and sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Pair with a crisp salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days, or frozen for up to two months.
