A warm, cheesy spaghetti dish layered with ground beef and a creamy mixture, perfect for weeknight dinners or family gatherings.

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic in a skillet until the meat is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Layer half of the spaghetti in a baking dish, followed by the beef mixture, then the cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining spaghetti and marinara sauce.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

Notes

For added flavor, use a mix of cheeses or make it vegetarian with mushrooms or lentils. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
