A hearty blend of seasoned ground beef, cozy marinara, luscious ricotta, and gooey mozzarella, all nestled within a comforting layer of spaghetti, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until cooked through; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce mixture in a large bowl.
  5. Spread half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased baking dish.
  6. Layer ricotta cheese over the spaghetti and then sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Add the remaining spaghetti mixture on top, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and all of the Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
