  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the milk, sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
